Change Tracking Setup
Change Tracking Setup manages the setup on a per company basis.

Cleanup Setup FastTab

| Cleanup Unchanged Fields |
The field determines if Automatic Cleanup is on, it will Cleanup Unchanged Fields. This will clean up any fields that did not have changes from the previous record. This will always leave the initial record and the last record that was changed for history if the record still exists. Recommended to keep On. |
| Sandbox Cleanup |
When toggled on, when environments are copied with type Sandbox all retention records will be set to 1D. The next time a licensed super user logs into the created sandbox the job queue will be activated. |
| Automatic Cleanup |
The field determines if Automatic Cleanup is Active. Recommended to keep Active. |
| Job Queue Start Time |
The field determines the Start Time Automatic Cleanup can start. |
| Job Queue End Time |
The field determines the End Time Automatic Cleanup must stop. |
| Run on Mondays - Sundays |
The field determines what days Automatic Cleanup can run on. |
Record Type Retention FastTab

Change Tracking Setup Page Actions

The action opens the Change Tracking Table Setup page. |
| Batch Update All Active Records |
The action batches updates of all active records on the Change Tracking Table Setup. WARNING: This action will lock tables, will take time, and should be run after hours. |
| Insert Default Setup |
The action will insert and activate some suggested initial base records for Change Tracking, along with the Related Record Relations. Recommended to run on initial setup. |
| Insert Default Related Record Setup |
The action will insert and activate some suggested initial base record relations for Change Tracking. Note: If Insert Default Setup was used, then the Related Record setups will automatically be set. |
| Cleanup |
The action will purge data from the Change Tracking Record and the related Change Tracking fields. This will always leave the last record that was changed for history. |
| Cleanup Unchanged Fields |
The action will cleanup unchanged fields. This will clean up any fields that did not have changes from the previous record. This will always leave the initial record and the last record that was changed for history if the record still exists. |
| Set Cleanup Ready |
The action will activate the Cleanup Job Queue. |
| Set Cleanup On Hold |
The action will deactivate the cleanup Job Queue. |
| Reset Record Number Series |
The action will reset the Change Tracking Record Number Series. |
| Create Extension Files |
The action will create Extension Files for the custom tables/pages when Active is marked in the Change Tracking Table Setup on custom tables. |
